When using EGLE, some operations may not be instantaneous.

This is normal and part of the contractual and regulatory framework in which the platform operates.

This article explains why delays may occur, what they correspond to, and how to follow the status of your operations.

EGLE is not a real-time trading platform

EGLE offers contractual investment products, not instant trading operations.

This means that:

  • operations follow defined processing steps

  • certain verifications are required before confirmation

  • transactions are not executed in real time like on a brokerage platform

This approach ensures a framework that is clear, secure, and compliant.

The normal steps of an operation

An operation on EGLE may include several steps, including:

  • verification of operation parameters

  • contractual validation

  • compliance checks

  • final confirmation of the operation

Each step contributes to the traceability and security of the operation.

Possible statuses of a transaction

During processing, a transaction may display different statuses, for example:

  • processing

  • pending validation

  • confirmed

  • expired

  • cancelled

Each status corresponds to a specific stage of the process.

Delays during a resale request

The resale of an EGLE Asset is not instantaneous.

According to the contractual conditions:

  • a resale request must be processed

  • the value taken into account may depend on the time of confirmation

  • delays may occur between the request and the actual transfer

These delays ensure proper and traceable management of operations.

When should you be concerned?

In most cases, a delay is normal.

It is recommended to contact the EGLE team if:

  • a transaction remains blocked without progress for an unusually long time

  • an error message appears repeatedly

  • additional information has been requested and you are unable to provide it

Delays related to regulatory compliance

EGLE applies legal obligations, particularly regarding:

  • identity verification (KYC)

  • fraud and anti-money-laundering checks

  • user protection

These controls may result in:

  • validation delays

  • requests for additional information

  • temporary suspension of operations

These measures are required by regulation and do not indicate a malfunction.

How do fees work on EGLE?

How do fees work on EGLE?

The resale of an EGLE Asset is initiated at the user’s request, in accordance with the conditions defined in the contractual framework.

This procedure is not instantaneous and follows processing steps designed to ensure traceability and compliance of transactions.

This article explains how to submit a resale request, what it involves, and how to track its status.

What is a resale request?

A resale request is the action through which you inform EGLE of your intention to close your exposure to an EGLE Asset.

It is important to note that:

  • the resale is not automatic

  • it follows the conditions defined in the contract

  • the value taken into account may depend on the time of confirmation

When can you request a resale?

You may request the resale of an EGLE Asset:

  • when contractual conditions allow it

  • directly from your user dashboard

  • for all or part of the relevant EGLE Asset, if applicable

Certain periods or situations may limit the possibility of resale, in accordance with the contractual framework

In which cases can a request be refused or delayed?

A resale request may be:

  • delayed if verification is in progress

  • suspended if required information is missing

  • limited by the applicable contractual conditions

In these situations, additional information may be requested.

Conditions required to request a funds withdrawal

A funds withdrawal request is subject to certain mandatory conditions.

1 – Identity verification must be completed

As long as identity verification (KYC) is not completed, it is not possible to request the withdrawal of funds resulting from a resale.

This verification may be:

  • under internal review

  • processed through official identity verification platforms (notably the DGSN)

These checks are required by Moroccan regulations and aim to:

  • secure transactions

  • prevent fraudulent activities

  • protect users

2 – Bank details must be provided

In order for a funds withdrawal to be processed, you must:

  • provide a valid bank account number (RIB/IBAN) in your name through your user dashboard

  • ensure that your banking information is accurate and up to date

Without a validated bank account, no transfer can be executed, even after a resale has been confirmed

Is resale instantaneous?

No.

A resale request:

  • requires processing

  • may be subject to delays

  • may involve compliance checks

These delays are part of EGLE’s normal operations and ensure a secure and compliant framework

Funds withdrawal is never automatic

It is important to note that:

  • funds are never transferred automatically

  • an explicit request from the user is always required

  • EGLE does not initiate any transfer without clear instructions from you

This rule ensures that each transaction remains:

  • voluntary

  • traceable

  • compliant with the contractual framework

Use of funds after a resale

After a resale is confirmed:

Possible reuse

Funds credited to your EGLE account may:

  • be used to purchase new EGLE Assets

  • allow you to continue your investment journey without requesting an immediate withdrawal

Funds are not intended for long-term storage

Funds available in your EGLE account:

  • are not intended to be held for long periods

  • must either be reinvested or be subject to a withdrawal request

EGLE is not a deposit account or a liquidity storage service.

  • Log in to your EGLE account

  • Access the section related to your EGLE Asset
