If your EGLE Invest account contains active investment positions, pending transactions or an available balance, these may need to be settled before your account can be fully closed.

Requesting account deletion does not automatically instruct EGLE Invest to sell your investments.

Where investment positions remain, you may first be required to provide the appropriate instructions to close those positions and withdraw any remaining balance.

You may also use this form to request:

  • Access to personal data concerning you

  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Information about how your personal data is processed

  • Exercise of other privacy rights available to you under applicable law
